Roasted Grapes with Pomegranate Molasses

The roasted grapes and caramelized grapes provide depth and texture that are balanced by the tangy pomegranate molasses and tart TruJoy! Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Red Grapes

  • 1/4 Cup Port (or other sweet wine)

  • 2 T Pomegranate Molasses

  • 2 T Brown Sugar

  • 1 t Lemon Zest

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 F

  • In a baking dish, combine the Port, Pomegranate Molasses, Brown Sugar and Lemon Zest. Mix well then add the Grapes and toss

  • Roast for 45 minutes, stirring 2-3 times throughout

  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Strain the grapes from the syrup

To serve, drizzle some of the syrup over a few scoops of Madagascar Vanilla Bean TruJoy Yogurt and top with the roasted grapes.
