Pecan Balls

Don’t let the ease and simplicity of this one fool you! This crunchy indulgence is as delicious as it is simple - less is almost always more, except for when it comes to pecans!

Ingredients:

  • 1 C Chopped Pecans

  • 1/2 Pint of Madagascar Vanilla Bean TruJoy Yogurt (3 scoops)

  • Chocolate Fudge

Directions:

  • Spread the chopped pecans out a large baking sheet

  • Scoop out three scoops of Frozen Greek Yogurt and roll them in the chopped pecans. Use your hands to make sure the pieces are packed nicely!

  • Put the pecan balls back in the freezer until ready to serve

To serve, generously coat the bottom of a plate with chocolate fudge and put the Pecan Balls on top.
